Terms and Conditions for DGSA Membership

  1. Membership Eligibility

  2. Membership Categories
    2.1. DGSA offers different membership categories tailored to various industry roles and experience levels.

  3. Membership Fees
    3.1. Members are required to pay an annual membership fee, which is non-refundable.
    3.2. Membership fees are subject to periodic review and adjustment. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.

    4.2. Insurance benefits, when finalized, will be included in active memberships at no extra cost.
    4.3. Membership benefits are non-transferable.

    6.3. In the case of termination, no refunds will be issued for remaining membership duration.
  7. Use of DGSA Logo and Branding
    7.1. Members are permitted to use the DGSA logo on their profiles or portfolios, subject to written approval.
    7.2. Misuse of the DGSA logo or branding is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    8.1. DGSA is not liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from membership services or third-party interactions.
    8.2. Members participate in DGSA events and initiatives at their own risk.
