Requirements:

  • At least two (2) directing credits on completed and distributed projects.
  • Submission of a portfolio showcasing work (e.g., showreels or project links).
  • Two professional references from industry colleagues.
  • Annual membership fee.

Terms and Conditions for DGSA Membership

  1. Membership Eligibility
    1.1. Membership is open to individuals and entities involved in the film, television, and media industries, subject to approval by DGSA.
    1.2. Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
  2. Membership Categories
    2.1. DGSA offers different membership categories tailored to various industry roles and experience levels.
    2.2. Membership benefits vary based on the selected category. Details are outlined on the DGSA website.
  3. Membership Fees
    3.1. Members are required to pay an annual membership fee, which is non-refundable.
    3.2. Membership fees are subject to periodic review and adjustment. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.
  4. Benefits and Services
    4.1. Members gain access to exclusive resources, opportunities, and support services.
    4.2. Insurance benefits, when finalized, will be included in active memberships at no extra cost.
    4.3. Membership benefits are non-transferable.

    6.3. In the case of termination, no refunds will be issued for remaining membership duration.
  7. Use of DGSA Logo and Branding
    7.1. Members are permitted to use the DGSA logo on their profiles or portfolios, subject to written approval.
    7.2. Misuse of the DGSA logo or branding is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    8.1. DGSA is not liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from membership services or third-party interactions.
    8.2. Members participate in DGSA events and initiatives at their own risk.
  9. Data Protection and Privacy
    9.1. DGSA collects and stores member information in compliance with data protection laws.
